W. Scott Binns, III, Esq.

With over fifteen years of professional experience in business and five years before the California Bar, Scott is a pragmatic and practical attorney.  He is a graduate of the Santa Clara University School of Law, has served as a Judicial Clerk to the Superior Court of California and is sworn before both the State and Federal Courts.

Scott has been an active member of the San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and most recently the Kern County Bar Association, with whom has has served as a voluntary arbitrator.  He’s also volunteered his time, acting on behalf of indigent clients, with Greater Bakersfield Legal Assistance.

Having married last year, Scott and his wife Betsy, live in south Bakersfield, where they are active in promoting the interests of Agribusiness.  They are members of the California Farm Bureau, volunteer time as Community Leaders to the 4-H Club and are members of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, where Scott has appeared with the choir.

Scott’s other interests include travel, reading, writing, photography, bowling, music, fishing, mountain climbing, trail running and sports of all kinds.
