Client Reviews
We love to make our clients happy.
In fact, most of our clients come to us as referrals from past clients. This is huge! It means so much to us that a client was so happy with our services that he or she thought to tell other people about their positive experience with us and suggest they their friend call us as well.
Sure, the cynical among us may point out that a high referral rate helps keep our overhead low because we don’t have to spend piles of money on advertising to attract new clients, like some other lawyers. And this would be true, of course. Not needing to spend a bunch of money on advertising to attract new clients means we can keep our fees down. This is a win-win situation for all of us. Low overhead means low fees charged to our clients, and we can be among the least expensive law firms around.
Another way we can attract new clients is through positive reviews left by our clients on Yelp, Avvo, and Google+.
I can’t tell you how many of our clients that don’t come from a referral tell us that they decided to call us instead of some other law office because of the reviews our past clients have left on these review sites. We love knowing not only that our clients had a positive experience with us, but that their experience was so positive that they took the extra steps to leave reviews for us online. To all of you ho do this-THANK YOU! You have no idea how important this is to us.
The ever-increasing importance of a business’ online presence means that what our clients (and potential clients) see online about us is at least as important as any advertising we do.
The bottom line is this: we treat you better than anyone because you deserve to be treated with the utmost respect and dignity. You should expect nothing less from any business. If, as a result, you want to tell your friends about it or leave reviews online about your experience with us, great! We thank you for going the extra mile.
But when it is all said and done, treating you and your family like you are our family is its own reward.
